Can I update my profile?
Yes. Sign in to edit your business details, contact information and photos. Changes are reviewed while your existing approved profile stays visible.
How much does a listing cost?
Lite costs £95 for 6 months. Pro costs £145 for 12 months. Elite costs £225 for 12 months and includes a one-page website when you first join. Each subscription covers one business profile. Checkout shows the amount due and the renewal terms.
What is included with the Elite website?
Elite includes a one-page website when you first join. After full payment, we will contact you by phone and email to arrange your website. Hosting and domain arrangements are agreed separately and are not billed through this website. Renewing your directory subscription does not include a new website each year.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. You can cancel renewal from your subscription page. Your approved profile remains listed until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account.
How do I contact a listed business?
Visit the business profile to find its contact details. Contact the business directly for quotes, availability or questions about its services.
